Flat Rate Shipping: $15 Australia-wide

Free Shipping: Automatically applied when you order two or more holders

Local Pickup: Available in Hobart, Tasmania—contact us to schedule pickup

Dispatch Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days (metro areas) and 5–10 business days for remote regions

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include photos of the damage, order number, and shipping address.

We will promptly offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

The refund amount will exclude the original shipping cost, unless the return was due to our error.

To exchange for another colour or item:

You may need to return the original item and place a new order, or we may offer a prepaid return label.

Returns are not accepted for items that are:

Used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts

Outside the 30-day return window

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
